Reserve at Town Center is in Countryside-Potomac Falls in the city of Sterling. The staff has been fantastic. The office staff is amazing and really make an effort to get to know the residents, which means a lot to me. And the rent raises are insane. The staff is friendly and kind and get things done quickly.
Management has refused to do anything like add security or even cameras while people living here have been begging for some sort of action for some time now. If I am transferred back, this is the first place I will look. They have all been very dependable. Unbelievable. Staff have always been very pleasant and helped with all questionsproblems I have had. The staff is very easy to work with, great sense of humor and shows they really care about our community. The gym is okay, and has an upper level wood floor full mirror setup. I thought it was just from the cleaning people, but now 2 weeks later I have determined with certainty that the smell had soaked into the WALLS of the apartment from the previous tenants. I recently transferred apartments and downsized from a 2 bed to a 1 bed (no more roommates) and upon moving in I found that the whole apartment had some "vanilla cleaner" smell. If the garage rent or the apartment rent wasn't so high I might consider staying. The two years that Ive lived here have been the best apartment experience I have EVER had! GreatSchools

We appreciate all staff here at the Reserve and hope to stay here for another 5 to 10 years. She was always available, very friendly and wonderful to work with. So glad Im staying within the Equity group of apartments. This apartment community was built in 2001 and has 3 stories with 584 units. Mill Creek Town Center is another great shopping destination with hip restaurants. Another thing what is done for outside look is tremendous new painting, yard care. The apartment is cozy and very homey. The location and attached garage were big selling points. These are the previous tenants, NOT my roommates!
