Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pools and wildlife in the area. Arrived before check in time but they kept our bags in a safe locked room so we could have the day in Cologne. It was a nice break for us, between rain forest cabins we were renting before and after. The maid that cleaned our room every day was amazing, everything (including the balcony) was always neat and spotless and she left a different towel animal on our bed every morning. The staff was extremely professional and went above and beyond. Swimming pool was good though the sauna was not working. Your stay comes with a decisions buffet breakfast. Wifi in the rooms was a bit weak but serviceable.
